Paid course – Mental Health First Aid Refresher (Online)

Just as physical first aiders undertake refresher courses to keep their skills finely tuned and their reactions and responses sharp, so should Mental Health First Aiders.

The MHFA Refresher online course takes four hours to complete and will enable learners to:

  • Keep their knowledge, awareness, and skills of mental health support current
  • Update their knowledge of mental health and what influences it
  • Practice applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan

Timeframe of learning

For completion of the course, please ensure you attend each of the below live sessions.
