According to research carried out by the Food Foundation, most UK adults and children aren’t getting enough nutrients in their diet.

A healthy lifestyle is not just about diet and exercising, it’s about looking after both our physical and mental health to make sure our bodies stay well.

As well as eating well, we need to eat the right foods to fuel our bodies and keep up our energy levels during the day.

For this month’s wellbeing topic, we’ll be looking at some of the different factors that make up a healthy lifestyle, snacking well, tips for moving more during the day and looking after your mental health.
