Who this course is for

Line managers, team leaders, supervisors and those in HR roles. The course is also relevant for those wanting to understand how to support people with disabilities in their team.

This course can be easily adapted to front-line staff in education or employment services.

Structure of learning

It typically takes 4 hours for a learner to complete the course.

This is structured for the learner in the following way:

• Live session one – 2hrs

• Live session Two – 2hrs

Once you register:

• You will receive a course confirmation welcome email and then 2 weeks before the start date, comprehensive joining instructions detailing how to successfully complete the course from start to finish will be sent through via email.
