Loneliness and connection: Practical ways to improve workplace wellbeing free webinar

Did you know that around 1 in 10 UK workers say they often or always feel lonely at work, and nearly half experience loneliness at least some of the time*? As we move towards the festive period, those feelings can become even more noticeable.

To support everyone across the workplace, we’re hosting a lunchtime session that looks at what loneliness really means in a work setting and how simple, everyday actions can make a genuine difference. This is why we’re hosting a free webinar Loneliness and connection: Practical ways to improve workplace wellbeing.

Join our Head of Mental Health Services, Dr Judith Bird, alongside Alice Gibson, Disability Training and Consultancy Specialist, as they explore the realities of loneliness at work, why it matters, and how practical steps can help people feel more supported and connected.

They’ll cover:

  • What loneliness actually is and why it shows up at work
  • Common workplace traps that leave people feeling disconnected
  • Practical actions for HR, managers and teams
  • How inclusion and accessibility influence connection
  • Seasonal ideas to help people feel part of something before the break

We’ll also be inviting the audience to share their own strategies and tips, so expect an interactive session with plenty of practical ideas!
