Almost half of women aged 40-65 have repeatedly experienced menopause symptoms whilst working, with 79% of these saying they had lost concentration at work, but the subject is still somewhat taboo.

This course puts your managers to be in a stronger position to support female employees as they experience menopause transition.

Structure of learning

It typically takes 4 hours for a learner to complete the course.

This is structured for the learner in the following way:

• Live session one – 2hrs

• Live session Two – 2hrs

Once you register:

• You will receive a course confirmation welcome email and then 2 weeks before the start date, comprehensive joining instructions detailing how to successfully complete the course from start to finish will be sent through via email.
